No Drumroll, please

This "blog" has no ulterior motive. I tell myself. You see, I'm trying earnestly to dispel the voices in my head that dance with visions of giveaways, sponsorships, c/o items in the thousands. I'm NOT trying to get big, or make a blog my career. I 'm just trying to connect again, to share my experiences somewhere.
I transitioned to a stay at home mom last summer. July 2012. It was great, and I was so happy to do it. I still am, I am overjoyed that my life dream of being a mother, and the gift of time with them, was finally here. Now, a year (and change) later, I have added an etsy shop and a part-time dream job to the mix, and my relentless desire to do it all. You chuckle to yourself, "do it all." Hasn't she read that this concept does not exist, truly? Hasn't reality checked her yet? Well, yes. It has. And yet still. I struggle, like a bug in a web. I still cling to the belief that I can manage my household, style a blog worthy home, raise two children with gentle discipline and Montessori principles, raise a small business, participate in a healthy marriage, and be a balanced person. You're probably weeping with laughter now.
Enough. This blog is just a forum for me. I won't be sharing tons of kid pictures (paranoia reigns supreme!), and I'll remain pretty vague about the children. This is a blog about my journey to becoming a "real mom."
I hope it helps.
